eForce Tool Service Information
FiberFin is proud to be your authorized Rennsteig eForce crimp tool service provider in the United States. We offer two options for returning an eForce tool for service or repair:
- RMA via the RMA Request Form (here), if the tool is not functioning correctly.
- eForce Crimping Tool Service/Calibration (here), if the tool is due for service, indicated by its LED status lights.
If you are unsure, you can contact us at sales@fiberfin.com for help.
For either return method, we ask that you provide as much information about the tool as possible. This includes:
- What die has been used in the tool
- What the tool has been used to crimp
- How well it has been crimping
- Status lights of the tool, if any
- Date of purchase (have proof ready, in case we request it)
FiberFin offers the same 2-year (from date of purchase) warranty period offered by Rennsteig for eForce tools. Rennsteig’s official warranty policy is available here.
