FiberFin accepts Visa, M/C and American Express credit cards and also offers standard terms and conditions for our account customers. Our typical terms are 1% discount for payment in 10 days, and net 30 days. To open a line of credit we will need you to fax or email a list of credit references and bank information. Note: FiberFin does not offer any terms longer than net 30 PERIOD! For small orders with new customers we ask that you pay by credit card on line.
Shipments are FOB Yorkville, IL. Unless otherwise negotiated. We typically prepay and add freight, but we will ship collect on any standard carrier’s account number if this is specified on the purchase order and approved by FiberFin sales office.

The Terms and Conditions presented here apply to all purchases and sales of items offered here, and your purchase means you have accepted our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We disclaim any other Terms and Conditions contained in any customer purchase order, order form or otherwise unless expressly agreed by us in writing.

If you receive a product that does not perform as advertised in our catalog, please call us. We will happily and quickly provide an exchange or refund (subject to Q.A. and inspection) providing it is returned within 30 days of shipment in its original packaging.

PRICING AND CHARGES
Product:Prices and charges on this document or website are effective upon publication and are subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted in US dollars. We reserve the right to pass on any surcharges or impose purchase restrictions or limits at any time. Prices and availability may vary at branch locations.
Charges: All orders are subject to applicable shipping, freight, taxes and processing charges. Shipping charges for ground service on all stocking orders are determined by using a flat rate table that is based on the combined weight of all items on the order. There might be additional charges for split shipments on FiberFin out of Stock Items. In some cases shipping charges may be less than FiberFin actual cost to process and ship, in other cases they may exceed.
Carrier Surcharges: Carriers may impose surcharges, which vary by carrier and may change at the carrier’s discretion. FiberFin will pass on the surcharge.
Net 30 days on approved open accounts from date of invoice. In addition to open accounts, we also accept cash, and Visa or M/C credit cards.
Minimum Order/ Net 30 days (Domestic shipment):$ 100.00 (US dollars). You will be charged the minimum $ 100.00 on any order with a value of $ 100.00 or less.
Minimum Order/ Net 30 days (International shipment):$ 500.00 (US dollars). You will be charged the minimum $ 500.00 on any order with a value of $ 500.00 or less.
Minimum Order/ Credit Card (Domestic shipment):$25 (US dollars). You will be charged the minimum $25 on any order with a value of $25 or less.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, daytime hours only. Most orders are shipped UPS. FiberFin also uses various carriers for different regions. Items that are drop shipped directly from manufacturers may take longer, so items ordered together may not always arrive in the same box or on the same day. Title and risk of loss pass to purchaser on delivery to the common carrier or upon customer pickup. Orders placed Fridays (after your local cut-off time 2:00 pm CST) and weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next regular business day. Please check with your FiberFin’s sales representative for more information at order time.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
UPS, Fed-Ex Ground, other package carriers & Prepaid Truck Shipments (FiberFin carrier): Check your order immediately upon arrival. All damages must be noted on delivery receipt. All shortages and damages must be called into FiberFin at 1-630-553-6924 -112 or e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 calendar days.
Truck Shipment (when you select the carrier): Check your order immediately upon arrival. All damages must be noted on delivery receipt. All damages and shortages must be called in to the trucker you chose within 7 days. All damaged containers and merchandise must be kept for your trucker to inspect. At that time you will file a claim with your trucker.
General Merchandise Warranty: Except as otherwise stated, the only warranties applying to materials sold are those, if any, specifically provided by the manufacturer to be honored by the manufacturer. Items marked Lifetime Warranty are subject to manufacturer’s warranty terms. As sellers, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, of performance, merchantability, workmanship, quality, durability, suitability, or non-infringement including those instances where changes, alterations or modifications are made in materials at the request or instruction of the purchaser. Our obligation is limited only to the repair or replacement of defective parts or, at our sole option, to refund the purchase price. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any and all other warranties, whether written or oral, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall we be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, punitive, lost profits or consequential damages of any nature. A full refund will be given, subject to our Q.A. inspection, for any defective item returned to us and received by us within 30 days of the date of shipment in its original packaging.
Machinery Warranty:Motorized machinery purchased directly from FiberFin shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment for mechanical components, and ninety (90) days from date of shipment for electrical/electronic components. Parts found to be defective in material and workmanship by FiberFin during the warranty period shall be replaced or repaired at FiberFin’s sole option. Any components on motorized machinery found by FiberFin to be modified, altered, misused, abused or neglected will void the FiberFin warranty. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any and all other warranties whether written or oral, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability and any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and any warranty of non-infringement. Parts not covered by this warranty are normal wear or consumable parts such as (but not limited to) belts, filters, greases and lubricants, batteries, lamps and blades. Warranties are subject to FiberFin’s discretion outside of the U.S.
The value of the defective product or material is FiberFin’s only liability. All technical data has been supplied by the manufacturer and is listed only as a convenience. We do not warrant or represent that the merchandise complies with the provisions of any law, particularly the Walsh-Healey Public Contracts Act, and the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, and regulations promulgated there under, unless the manufacturer so warrants.
Errors: Although all information in this website has been carefully checked for accuracy, errors and omissions occasionally occur and therefore are subject to correction. We regret any inconvenience.
Compliance with Laws Some localities may have Codes, Regulations and Laws governing sales, installation, use or construction of items for certain purposes which may vary from place to place. FiberFin does not guarantee compliance and assumes no responsibility for how the items are used or installed. The customer has the sole responsibility for compliance with all applicable Codes, Regulations and Laws. This includes but is not limited to CSA, FAA, DOT, NEC, UL, NOM, IATA, IMDG, CE, DIN, and ANSI, concerning the use or installation of items.
Environmental and Safety
Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS): Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS): A document required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) providing specific Safety, Health and Environmental information about a product deemed to be hazardous (e.g. Hazardous Ingredients, Physical Hazards, Health Hazards, Safe Handling, Control Measures and more.)
Manufacturers or importers are required to produce MSDSs and employers are required to have them available for their staff as per OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200. FiberFin expressly relies on the evaluation of the chemical manufacturer/importer contained therein. FiberFin provides Material Safety Data Sheets when required. An MSDS will be provided for a product when: You order the product for the first time, an updated MSDS is received from the manufacturer/importer; or you request another MSDS. MSDSs will be provided via the following means: (a) accessing FiberFin’s website www.FiberFin.com, (b) contacting your local sales office ( 1-630-553-6924 ), (c) request an MSDS by mail or facsimile, (d) requesting an MSDS when ordering a product, or (e) contacting FiberFin in writing requesting a MSDS.
RETURNS & REPAIRS
Returns: Except as otherwise provided, no material will be accepted for return after 30 days from date of shipment. To return merchandise, you must call FiberFin at 1-630-553-6924 for a Return Authorization number. (RMA) No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number. (RMA#) Include with your return a copy of your invoice or packing slip. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Any claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. Shipping charges for returned items must be prepaid. No return of altered or etched items. A re-stocking charge may be applied.
Computer Software: Unopened Software may be returned for credit. Opened Software will be replaced only if defective.
Repairs: Please call our Technical Service Department at 1-630-553-6924-116 for the help through your problems.
Repair Service: Items left after 60 days of notification of repair will be disposed of.
Cut-to-Length Products, (Custom cables): Because of the special nature of the products, we will be glad to cut products to length per your specifications. We reserve the right to charge a service fee for difficult or multiple cuts per item. Cut-to-length products, however, are considered final sale, and may not be returned for credit.

FiberFin products and services, including user manuals and software, are subject to all U.S. export control laws, regulations and administrative policies. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited. Purchaser understands that a license, written approval or other authorization may be required from the Bureau of Industry and Security of the U.S. Department of Commerce, the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls of the U.S. Department of State or other U.S. government agency prior to the export or re export of these items from the U.S. Guidance may be found at http://www.bis.doc.gov/ and http://www.pmdtc.org/contactus.htm. Purchaser further understands that it is unlawful to export, re export or transfer, or to attempt to export, re export or transfer these items to individuals or entities on the List of Debarred Parties, Denied Persons list, Specially Designated Nationals List, Entity List, Unverified List or Nonproliferation Sanctions list, as well as sales or transfers to Embargoed Countries.
