They are capable of cutting cable to length, stripping jackets, finishing fiber ends with our patented inline FiberFin finishing technology, and more. Their modular design makes it quick and simple to customize their setups to the unique needs of our customers’ projects. Depending on customer requirements, these machines can produce hundreds of parts in a single day, with the same, high-quality finish that the FiberFin 4 gives.
These machines are driven by the FiberFin Controller factory automation software, written and designed in-house specifically for them. Paired with the customizable design of the machines, this gives limitless flexibility to our automated processes.
Our on-site machine shop and computer-aided design capabilities mean that new customer projects don’t require outside consultation or development, reducing non-recurring engineering (NRE) costs.
